Good-sized center who often had defensive assignments.
Started out playing for his hometown in Bled.
He then changed his club to Olimpija Ljubljana in 2002, winning three league titles with the team.
Announced his retirement on February 8, 2010.
He was awarded the Rok Petrovič Award - for excellence in sports and academic excellence.
The Rok Petrovič Foundation was founded by his parents after his untimely death in 1993.
Petrovič was one of Slovenia's most successful alpine skiers, and also an excellent student.

Il a commencé à jouer dans sa ville de Bled.
Il a ensuite rejoint l'Olimpija Ljubljana en 2002, et a remporté trois titres avec cette équipe.
Il annonça sa retraite le 8 février 2010.
Récompensé du trophée Rok Petrovič pour son excellence sportive et académique.
La fondation Rok Petrovič fut fondé par ses parents après sa mort prématurée en 1993. Petrovič était l'un des meilleurs skieurs alpins de Slovénie, tout en étant un excellent étudiant.
