Born in Stockholm and grew up in Kristineberg just outside of the city center.
Played with his heart on his sleeve, never gave up during games.
Had great stamina and a good eye for the game. Very versatile and could play all three forward positions.
Also a very good football player who represented Sweden 31 times in that sport, and was voted Swedish football player of the year in 1964.
He also represented Sweden in bandy.
Made the 1963 World Championship All-Star Team as a left wing.
Retired in 1969. Became a hockey coach. Worked as a successful construction engineer.
Passed away of cancer.

Né à Stockholm mais a grandi à Kristineberg en périphérie de la ville.
Joueur intense, ne lâchant jamais dans les matchs.
Il possédait une grande endurance et une bonne vision du jeu. Très polyvalent, il pouvait jouer aux trois postes offensifs.
Également très bon footballeur qui fut international 31 fois dans ce sport, et désigné footballeur suédois de l'année 1964.
Il jouait également au bandy.
Désigné meilleur ailier gauche des Mondiaux de 1963.
Il a pris sa retraite en 1969 et est devenu entraîneur de hockey. Il eut une carrière réussie comme ingénieur dans la construction.
Décédé d'un cancer.
