Good sized and speedy winger. Intense and a good puck handler, covering the puck well.
Not the strongest player defensively. Fine shot with a quick release. A bit inconsistent.
Melin won three Swedish league titles and won a World Championship title in 2006.
He was forced to retire in 2015/16 due to a nagging back injury.

Ailier rapide et de bonne taille. Intense et bon dans le maniement du palet, le protégeant bien.
Pas le joueur le plus solide défensivement. Un bon lancer, délivré rapidement. Un peu inconstant.
Melin fut trois fois champion de Suède et a remporté les Championnats du monde en 2006.
Il fut contraint à la retraite lors de la saison 2015/16 à cause d'une blessure lancinante au dos.
