Good at starting plays from the back-end.
Played for his hometown Nowy Targ until 1974, before moving to Katowice.
Seven-time league champion.
Finished his playing career in West Germany during the 1980s, retiring in 1987.
Scored 39 goals in 374 league games.
Represented Poland 70 times (3 goals). Often paired with Kordian Jajszczok and Jerzy Potz.

Défenseur qui jouait fort tout le temps et possédait une bonne lecture du jeu.
Bon pour lancer le jeu depuis l'arrière de sa cage.
Il joua dans sa ville de naissance de Nowy Targ jusqu'en 1974, avant de partir à Katowice.
Sept fois champion de Pologne.
Il termina sa carrière en Allemagne de l'Ouest durant les années 1980, retraité en 1987.
Auteur de 39 buts en 374 matchs de championnat.
International polonais 70 fois (3 buts). Souvent aligné avec Kordian Jajszczok ou Jerzy Potz.
