Solid skater with a lot of smartness.
Began playing bandy hockey before the game with a puck appeared in Hungary.
Very good leadership qualities and was a perennial captain both on his club team and national team.
Founder of the Hungarian Ice Hockey Federation and was its first president.
Coached Hungary at the 1938 World Championships when the team managed a 1-1 tie against Canada.
Was an LIHG referee. Inducted into the Hungarian Hockey Hall of Fame.

Il commença à pratiquer le bandy avant que le palet ne fasse son apparition en Hongrie.
D'excellentes qualités de leadership et capitaine pérenne tant en club qu'en sélection nationale.
Il fut le fondateur de la fédération hongroise de hockey sur glace et en fut son premier président.
Sélectionneur de la Hongrie lors des Mondiaux de 1938, quand l'équipe parvint à obtenir le match nul 1-1 contre le Canada.
Il fut également arbitre LIHG. Intronisé au Hall of Fame du hockey hongrois.
