Good skating winger.
In 1966 he had completed his education as a painter. In 1968 he opened a painting company in Innsbruck, which he still was in charge until 2017. It developed into a healthy and stable company and became one of the oldest painting operations in Innsbruck. In 2005, the company was taken over by his daughter Jasmin. They implemented new ideas and techniques for modern wall decoration.

Ailier au patinage rapide. A accompli l'essentiel de sa carrière dans son club d'Innsbruck. Tire sa révérence à 30 ans.
Amateur durant toute sa carrière, il achève à 24 ans une formation d'artisan-peintre et, deux ans plus tard, fonde une entreprise de peinture spécialisée dans la décoration d'intérieur. Ses idées novatrices en feront une des plus réputées d'Innsbruck. Kirchbaumer s'en occupera d'une manière ou d'une autre jusqu'à sa mort en 2017. En 2005, sa fille Jasmin avait officiellement pris la direction de l'établissement.
