Technically skilled player who had really good hands. Stayed loyal to the Cernăuţi area and played for both Jahn Cernăuţi and Dragoş Vodă throughout his playing career. Cernăuţi was part of Austria-Hungary, but when it dissolved in 1918, the city and its surrounding area became part of the Kingdom of Romania, and today it is part of Ukraine.

Joueur technique aux très bonnes mains. Resta fidèle à sa région natale de Cernăuţi en ces temps troublés, puisqu'il joua seulement pour deux clubs de la ville, le Jahn et le Dragoş Vodă. Cernăuţi appartint à l'empire austro-hongrois jusqu'à sa dissolution en 1918, fut intégrée au Royaume de Roumanie avant que toute l'agglomération soit cédée à l'URSS pendant la Seconde guerre mondiale. Cernăuţi s'appelle aujourd'hui Chernivtsi et est située à l'extrême sud-ouest de l'Ukraine indépendante.
