Good versatile two-way player and checker who was strong on the faceoffs. Began his NHL career playing for New York Islanders. There, he was put on a "Kid line" together with Brad Dalgarno and Marty McInnis.
World champion 1994 and 1997.
Retired in 2008 and stayed in ice hockey. Began as an assistant coach and general manager in the juniors.

Centre défensif bon sur de nombreux plans, pour faire le jeu de son équipe et détruire celui de son adversaire. Redoutable aux mises en jeu.
Entra en NHL avec les Islanders où on le mit sur une "Kid Line" aux côtés de Brad Dalgarno et Marty McInnis.
Champion du monde 1994 et 1997.
Prit sa retraite en 2008 mais resta dans le hockey de catégories d'âge en tant qu'entraîneur-assistant et manager général.
