Grew up admiring the play of Wayne Gretzky. A towering defender who was strong in front of the goal, keeping his zone clear. Powerful skater and solid stickhandler. Rarely got involved in the attack.
Liked to get involved in physical battles. Used his long reach to his advantage. Had a strong positional play and often killed penalties. Retired in 2006.

Admirateur inconditionnel de Wayne Gretzky, ce défenseur altier savait neutraliser son enclave et nettoyer sa zone. Patineur puissant et solide, il s'aventurait rarement hors de zone.
Aimait les duels physiques où son envergure faisait merveille. Intelligent dans son placement, il était fréquemment employé en infériorité. Mit un terme à sa carrière en 2006.
