Was the youngest member of the US national team in 1960/61.
Played junior and intermediate A hockey at Fort Frances, ON., in Canada.
Played minor league hockey for many years. Underrated player who had a wicked and very hard backhand shot that surprised many goaltenders over the years.
Married right after the Olympics in 1964 and moved to Rochester.
Also was a hockey coach in college.
Moved to Grand Rapids, spending 12 years there and started a hockey program. The next move was to Hayward, Wisconsin. Retired in 1995.
Moved to Ft.Mohave, Arizona in 2000. Passed away after a 12-year struggle with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

Joueur de ligues mineures pendant des années. Joueur sous-estimé dont le tir du revers, vicieux et très puissant, a surpris bien des gardiens au fil des ans.
Il s'est marié juste après les Jeux olympiques 1964 et a déménagé à Rochester.
Il était aussi entraîneur de hockey à l'université.
Il a déménagé à Grand Rapids, où il a passé 12 ans et lancé un programme de hockey. Il est ensuite allé à Hayward, Wisconsin, et a pris sa retraite en 1995.
Il s'est installé à Fort Mohave, Arizona, en 2000. Décidé après douze annéées de lutte contre une bronchopneumopathie chronique obstructive.
