Born and raised in Ottawa. Son of retired Canadian Football League receiver and 1984 Vanier Cup MVP Parri Ceci. Good sized defenseman with plenty of puck-moving ability. Fine shot from the point.
Not always utilizing his size to his advantage. Improved his overall defensive game yearly.
