Younger brother of Lorne Carr-Harris. Full name Brian Gethryn Athol Dale Carr-Harris. His family roots can be traced back to Richard Wright (1537-1568), a native of London, England. Also played on defense.
This high-spirited fellow was born in Ottawa, near Hull but grew up in Toronto and Kingston, ON. A graduate of the Royal Military College. Was a hockey and football star at R.M.C. and Camp Borden.
Dangerous player that boosted the British team considerably in 1931. Joined the R.C.A.F. in 1924 and became squadron leader in 1937. Accomplished pilot who did a lot of important aerial work in Canada (i.e. photographing).
Died as a result of a flying accident on July 5, 1942 in Lake St. Louis, QC, Canada. The plane suddenly plunged into the water, killing three men, including Brian Carr-Harris. His body was recovered five days later on July 10.

De son nom complet Brian Gethryn Athol Dale Carr-Harris, il était le jeune frère de Lorne Carr-Harris. On peut remonter sa généalogie jusque Richard Wright (1537-1568), citoyen de Londres.
Cet homme audacieux, qui s'alignait au centre aussi bien qu'en défense, est né à Ottawa mais grandit ailleurs, bien que dans le même Etat d'Ontario, à Toronto et Kingston. Diplômé du Royal Military College où il se fit remarquer par ses dons au football et au hockey.
Son talent fit un bien fou à une équipe de Grande-Bretagne qui, en 1931, ne brillait pas pour son talent et finit huitième des Mondiaux.
Intégra la Royal Canadian Air Force en 1924, du temps où le Canada était encore un dominion britannique, et devint chef d'escadrille treize ans plus tard. Pilote de renom, auquel on confia de nombreuses missions d'importance mais non bélligérantes (photographie aérienne).
Fut victime d'un accident en vol survenu le 5 juillet 1942 au-dessus de Lake St. Louis, au Québec. L'avion s'échoua dans l'eau sans que l'on sache pourquoi, emportant ses trois passagers dont Brian Carr-Harris. Son corps ne fut retrouvé que le 10 juillet.
