Younger brother of Emilio Botturi. Raised in Milan and Buenos Aires in Argentina.
His father worked in San Francisco (Córdoba) and Buenos Aires.
One of the ice hockey pioneers in Milano. Second president of HC Milano (from 1926).
Noted for his hard shots that he liked to rifle from a long distance, often surprising unsuspecting goaltenders.
Scored a hattrick (with Decio Trovati) in the first two Italian championship games 1925 and 1926, both times the games were refereed by his brother Emilio.

Frère cadet d'Emilio Botturi. Il a grandi à Milan et à Buenos Aires en Argentine.
Son père a travaillé à San Francisco (Córdoba) et à Buenos Aires.
L'un des pionniers du hockey à Milan. Deuxième président du HC Milan (à partir de 1926).
Connu pour ses lancers puissants qu'il délivrait à longue distance, ce qui surprenait souvent les gardiens inattentifs.
Il a inscrit un hattrick (avec Decio Trovati) pour les deux premières finales du championnat italien en 1925 et 1926, des rencontres arbitrées par son frère Emilio.
Il est reparti en Argentine en 1932 pour s'occuper des intérêts familiaux et y a vécu jusque dans les années 1970 au moins.
