Physical player with good speed, shot and overall qualities. Played for Építõk 1954-56.
Then continued his career with Ujpesti Dosza Budapest until 1969.
Coached the Hungarian national team between 1975-77 and then 1983, 1985, 1987, 1989 and 1990.
Government employee in the Police department. Battled alcohol addiction in later years. Inducted into the Hungarian Hockey Hall of Fame.

Joueur physique avec une bonne vitesse, un bon lancer et de bonnes qualités globales. Il joua pour Építõk entre 1954 et 1956.
Il continua sa carrière au Újpesti Dózsa Budapest jusqu'en 1969.
Il fut sélectionneur de la Hongrie de 1975 à 1977 puis en 1983, 1985, 1987, 1989 et 1990.
Il était employé du gouvernement au département de la Police. Il lutta contre une addiction à l'alcool dans les dernières années. Intronisé au Hall of Fame du hockey hongrois.
