Came from the town of Bačka Palanka in the province of Vojvodina.
As a player he represented Yugoslavia on more than 40 occasions before rounding out his career in Holland in the late 1960s. After his playing career he went on to become one of the most well respected coaches in Dutch history. Also coached in Germany.
Author of "European Hockey Drill Book" and a guest speaker on many NHL-conferences.
Served as an on-ice instructor of the player development camp of the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL) during the summers. Also acted as a skills coach in the Toronto Maple Leafs organization.
Died from Covid-19 in Belgrade at 80.

Originaire de Bačka Palanka dans la province de Voïvodine, au nord de la Serbie, près de la frontière croate.
Après quarante sélections internationales pour la Yougoslavie, Anđelić (prononcer Ann-yélitche) a rejoint les Pays-Bas, où il devint joueur puis entraîneur.
Et quel entraîneur ! Essentiel dans le développement du hockey sur glace néerlandais, également passé par la Suisse et l'Allemagne, il est l'auteur du livre intitulé European Hockey Drill Book et, à ce titre, fait l'objet de nombreuses invitations dans des colloques techniques de la NHL.
A tenu plusieurs rôles dans l'organisation des Toronto Maple Leafs, notamment animateur de leurs camps d'été ou entraîneur spécifique.
Décédé du Covid à Belgrade à 80 ans.
