Played bandy as a kid in Kalix, but switched to hockey when he moved with his family to Avan just outside of Luleå as a 10-year old.
Excellent skater with good straight ahead speed. Hard working forward and strong along the boards. Often used to forecheck opponents as well as taking defensive responsibilities. Known as a team player. Not very physical or aggressive, despite decent size. He uses his body in the slot though in order to screen or deflect shots.
European champion 2015 with Luleå HF.
Played 1025 games in Swedish elite league (playoffs included) and scored 270 points (116+154).
Payed a lot of attention to his health and nutrition. He had excellent fitness and had a long career withot any serious injury.

Débute par le bandy à Kalix mais passe au hockey à dix ans quand sa famille emménage à Avan, petite ville mitoyenne de Luleå.
Patineur puissant et véloce, dur à la tâche et costaud le long des balustrades. Il se dévoue autant pour l'échec-avant que dans les missions défensives. Réputé pour son sens du collectif, il n'a pas un jeu très agressif malgré un gabarit correct (185 cm, 86 kg). Il sait en revanche en faire usage dans le slot où il sacrifie son corps pour des écrans ou déviations.
Champion d'Europe 2015 avec le Luleå HF.
Il a participé à 1025 parties d'élite suédoise (playoffs inclus) et y a marqué 270 points (116+154).
Il a toujours porté une grande attention à sa santé et a changé sa nutrition à 29 ans. Il a joué à un âge avancé avec une bonne condition physique sans jamais avoir connu de blessures sérieuses.
