Younger brother of Jules Du Pré. Played with eyeglasses. Moved to USA in the 1950s.
Officially played one game in 1950, but according to his teammate Hubert Anciaux, he didn’t. Played in the 1949 WC according to Hubert Anciaux’s notes.
His son Pat Du Pré became a world class tennis player who reached a top 12 ranking in the world 1980.

Jeune frère de Jules Du Pré. Il jouait avec des lunettes. Il a déménagé aux États-Unis dans les années 1950.
Il a joué officiellement un match aux Mondiaux 1950, mais ce n'est pas le cas selon son équipier Hubert Anciaux. Les notes d'Anciaux attestent en revanche de sa présence en 1949.
Son fils Pat Du Pré est devenu un tennisman de classe mondiale qui atteint la 12e place à l'ATP en 1980.
