Played his junior hockey for Toronto Victorias in the late 1920s and early 30s. Continued playing in Toronto and Hamilton throughout his career. Scored a little less than a point-per-game during his playing career.
Retired in 1936 and then coached briefly. He passed away at his home in Burlington, ON. Is buried at the Green-Wood cemetery in Burlington.

Passa ses années de junior chez les Toronto Victorias au tournant des décennies 1920 et 30. Ne connut ensuite que clubs de Toronto et de Hamilton, grandes villes de l'Ontario. Reste légèrement en-dessous de la moyenne d'un point par match le long de sa carrière.
Carrière courte, d'ailleurs, achevée à 25 ans. Chisholm entraînera brièvement par la suite. Mourut à 85 ans dans sa maison de Burlington, toujours dans l'Ontario. Repose au Greenwood Cemetery de Burlington.
