Finalist for the Hobey Baker Award, given to the top NCAA men's hockey player.
He was also named 1990 Athlete of the Year by USA Hockey.
Smooth skating defenseman who had his strength in his defensive abilities.
Retired in 2003. Hockey coach after his retirement.
