Shifted to defense in later years. Played the majority of his career in Olimpija Ljubljana where he captained the squad for more than a decade.
Retired in 2004 after having scored more than a point per game in his career.
Hired by the Slovenian ice Hockey Federation to help out with the junior national team.

Il est passé en défense dans les dernières années. Il a joué la majorité de sa carrière à l'Olimpija Ljubljana où il fut capitaine plus d'une décennie.
Retraité en 2004 après avoir inscrit plus d'un point par match de moyenne.
Recruté par la fédération slovène de hockey sur glace pour venir en aide de l'équipe nationale junior.
