Younger brother of Åke "Plutten" Andersson. Both parents were originally from Stockholm. Good allround athlete who played at the highest level in football, bandy (a sports in which he was Swedish international too) and ice hockey.
Very outgoing player who always kept his teammates in good spirit. Technically unorthodox and went his own way on the ice as he could do the unexpected.
Scored 130 goals in 220 games for Hammarby IF. Represented Sweden 26 times.

Jeune frère d'Åke "Plutten" Andersson. Issu d'une fratrie de purs enfants de Stockholm, ville où les deux frangins effectueront leur carrière. "Stickan" était, comme Åke, un athlète polyvalent capable d'exceller en hockey sur glace, en football et en bandy (autre sport où il fut international suédois).
Joueur très expressif et motivant pour ses partenaires. Hors-normes techniquement, il n'en faisait qu'à sa tête sur la glace, pour le pire et le meilleur !
